Refund Policy

At Maternityoutfit, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully prior to completing your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached, or
  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our part.

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We do not offer exchanges.

Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Maternityoutfit covers 100% of return shipping costs. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email at no charge to you.

Refund Process

  1. Submit your return request via email (see below).
  2. Upon approval, we will email you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 1–3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the outcome.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned more than 10 days after confirmed delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage caused by the customer, or alteration
  • Exchange requests (we do not offer product exchanges)

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@maternityoutfit.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and next steps.
